Dessert

This evening after dinner, I found myself desiring a dessert I had on the Capital Limited eastbound from Chicago to Washington last fall: it was a version of the cheesecake, but with a solid caramel layer on top and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.  Not sure why that specifically popped into my head, but chances are it's because I've been looking at too many Amtrak menus recently.

New additions have slowed, so thank you to those of you who have shared pictures, and if you have any others to share, please consider contributing.  Welcome also to folks here from On Track On Line! I appreciate any further feedback or information.
